A phenomenal flavor of the pesto and parmesan along with the drizzle of olive oil over the rib eye is unbelievable.

Ingredients

2 Beef Rib-Eye Steaks, 1-1/2" thick
1/4 cup basil pesto
2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Make a horizontal cut in side of each steak, forming a pocket.
 
Step 2  Step 2:
Mix pesto and cheese; spread evenly on insides of pockets, press pockets closed.
 
Step 3  Step 3:
Drizzle oil over beef. Cover and grill beef 4 to 5 inches from medium heat. Grill 10-12 minutes until internal temperature reaches at least 145 degrees, turning once.
